This week we had a visit from neighborhood fire fighters on Wednesday, and we got to see a real fire truck up close! We also put out pretend fires, practiced stop-drop-and-roll, and learned what number to call in an emergency!

We used a spray bottle to put out pretend fires.
We all took turns practicing Stop-Drop&Roll!
Kathy, Emily's mom, dressed up in the fire safety gear while the Lieutenant talked to the
children about what to do in case of a fire.
Our next stop was the FRE TRUCK!
We all had a turn getting in the truck and checking out the equipment.
Here a firefighter showed us the hoses.

Tuesday we celebrated Vince's 4th Birthday!
